The training course "Social Activities Diversity" aimed to develop the competences of youth workers, youth leaders and representatives of various organizations working / representing youth in the organization working with different-level youth groups. The entire training course was based on non-formal and inclusive education. The opinions, views and experiences of participants were served as a basis for reflection and discussion. Practical training was the main element of the course. The training gave participants the opportunity to develop their professional competences through active participation, team work, learning through experience, simulation exercises, interactive role-playing games, case studies, and theoretical materials. As a Participant, this training course was a platform for deepening my knowledge and improving my work-related qualifications, especially for me who is new in non-formal education and who really likes this system of education. The training was well organized, very informative, friendly and supportive with lovely group of people and amazing organizers. Despite my Russian language barriers which sometimes made it hard to function effectively and express freely, I suburb all the valuable information to take back with me. Most of all I like the activities especially those which had psychological and creative backgrounds; the city of future, activities for effective communications, the activity with closed eyes, etc. And of course, one of the achievements of the project is a brilliant girl from Riga, my lovely Liza (Jelizaveta Cunajeva) with whom we became friends from the very first day. We supported each other during the whole project, had fun and enjoyed each day together. As for her "It was obsolutely a "Special world" which was opened for us by our special organizers and team". My big thanks to the organizers and all the participants!
