Youth. The ToT was designed for 24 youth workers from 4 eastern partner countries (Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Belarus) and 4 program countries (Germany, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania) . The Overall Goal of the ToT was to pass on the method of simulation games in order to enable the participants to use it in their work. In the beginning of the training the participants experienced two different types of simulation games. In the end of the training the participants created their own simulation games, and were enabled to conduct them with their own target groups on topics they chose for themselves. The training course was based on a non-formal and a trainee centered approach putting the needs and abilities of the participants into the centre of the training. As a Participant I can't say I was very happy to participate to this training course. On the last two days I even wanted to leave the course because I did not feel safe and convenient there. The topic of the training was very useful and interesting but as for me 12 days were too long for it. And two more things I did not like about this course were the reimbursement method and the fact that I have not received the original of my YouthPass yet (several participants have not received it too). I contacted to the trainers' team and they sent me the online version of it. The original one was sent to me by post but I did not receive it for unknown reasons. The biggest plus of the training was super clever participants. I really enjoyed working with them and found out a lot about their countries and mentalities. As a result we developed our own simulation games that can be used in other training courses too. P.S. 18/08/2017 I finally received my YouthPass!!!
