organize or would like to organise qualitative youth exchanges with participation of youth mixed-ability groups. They also met local organizations experienced in organisation of youth exchanges, set aims for personal and professional development and had an opportunity to develop common youth exchange projects within and outside Erasmus+ programme As a Participant it was my second study session organized by PAFA. After the first session the organizers suggested to cooperate and become partner organization from Armenia. We loved the idea and presented our organization at the study session in Riga, Latvia. Although I was familiar with the topics of the sessions but it was quite interesting for me to see how the same idea can be wrong or right in different groups depending on the geography of the participants. I already knew that the trainers are perfect professionals and I was prepared to learn every possible thing I could. The training was organized with mixed-ability approach and there were 24 participants from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Armenia, Georgia, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova. Honestly, this is the very case I can say that on the second day of the training I forgot that we were from different countries. We were so similar and at the same time so different. The whole training was organized so smoothly that I did not leave the hotel for 5 days even for sightseeing. For the last day of the study session I prepared a surprise and created a video which included all the days of B.R.I.D.G.E.
